Recording Available— How to be a peer reviewer: Clinical Medicine

This month, we hosted a webinar to help academics who work in clinical medicine through the process of becoming a peer reviewer. It focused on the specific pitfalls and challenges of reviewing clinical research, what journal editors expect for reviewers in the field, and considerations around research ethics which are unique to medical research.

For those who missed out, or need a recap, here’s a link to the recording:

Praise for this session of How to be a peer reviewer:

Loved it, it was very insightful for a medical student. I feel comfortable picking up peer reviewing as a resident in the future.
It was a great session, everything was explained well, and the fact that it was suitable for both people like me who are beginner in this field and those who are in their PhD, makes it worth it.
This webinar is an excellent starter for junior reviewers.
The webinar was insightful and an eye opener. I have felt reluctant to review papers for some time now, but with this webinar, I guess I can give it a second thought. Thanks so much.

Thank you to all who attended! We hope to see you again at our next webinar.
